At RIXO, we want you to love your vintage-inspired pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and still have all security tags attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all RIXO tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
